We store only what is needed for that matching: the payment reference, amount, provider and the message identifier. The mailbox access credentials are kept as server-side secrets and are not exposed to visitors. We do not use this access for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not transfer it to anyone except as necessary to provide the payment-matching function or to comply with law. People do not read these emails except where necessary for security, to resolve a payment dispute, or to comply with law.

Mistress BJQueen's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

The mailbox owner can review or remove this access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes described here, unless a longer period is required for tax, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal compliance, or recordkeeping.

If you ask for deletion, we will review the request in light of our retention duties and operational needs. Some data may need to remain in private records even after account closure or content removal.
